This year our Christmas Markets will take place in Bicester Town Centre. The Christmas Markets are a very popular with customers shopping over the festive season. We look forward to receiving your application form.
Deadline for applications is 9pm on Friday 1st December 2017. At time of application, current public liability insurance and risk assessment documentation needs to be submitted.
If you are a catering business, you’ll also need to provide food hygiene certificates and proof of registration with a local authority prior to completing the booking form.
Upon successful application, our team will contact you with details for completing your booking. Payment must be made immediately.

– Saturday 9th December
– Saturday 23rd December
– Single (3 x 3m): £20 for 1 day or £30 for 2 days
– Double (6 x 3m): £40 for 1 day or £60 for 2 days
– Local registered charities are free
Christmas Market Opening Times are 10:00 – 16:00 and set up time is from 8:00am
You will be required to provide your own Gazebo no larger than 3m x 3m for a standard pitch and 6m x 3m for a large pitch, you’ll also need to provide your own table(s). Stallholder access will be from Sheep Street near the Saxon Pub, OX26 6JW. Parking is approx 2 min drive / 5 min walk for £2.50 all day in Cattle Market Car park OX26 6QB.
